Currently Callaghan Lodge is only open during the summer for exclusive group lodge rentals.

Callaghan Lodge is an ideal venue for group retreats of every kind - corporate getaways, family reunions, weddings, milestone birthday parties....

The following rates are based on a maximum group size of 24 people for overnight stays or up to 40 people for day trips.

The price includes a custodian and house-keeping. The price does NOT include transportation to the lodge, meals, guides, or equipment.

With three pull-out couches and two bunk beds in the loft of the Solitude Suite, the lodge can comfortably sleep up to 9 couples and 6 singles, or up to 13 singles.

Transportation to Lodge:
From the Callaghan Country base, primary transportation in the summer is via 4WD vehicle to Callaghan Lake, followed by a short 4.5km hike to the lodge. Helicopter service is also an option.

Depending on weather and trail conditions, a limited amount of equipment and supplies can be transported by ATV via our private access trail. Please contact us for more information and rates.

•  All catering and event coordination is the responsibility of the group. There are several excellent caterers and event planners in the Whistler area. Please let us know if you would like a referral.
